Looking Back

When I entered Trimedia as Photo Editor, I started to worry about how I was going to contribute to the team. It was not the usual post of editing a newspaper or magazine. Instead it was to provide them with the visuals and at the same time, assist them in their editing work.

npTribune is ready. Now I shall brace myself for Hype magazine. Will need to have lots of photographs, and possibly a lot more new wacky ideas.

The Creative Lighting System (CLS)

The Nikon Creative Lighting System is possibly the best in the world – I’m able to trigger multiple speedlites to create various types of cool pictures with that. It’s more troublesome to lug around 2 heavy tripods, 2 umbrellas, reflectors and extra camera baggage, but the pictures make it worthwhile.

Things are piling up on me, and I spend most of my time in office doing paperwork for the conglomerate. I guess its what I like – doing all these media stuff. I also guess this means I will never get a girlfriend at this rate. Ho hums!

3-In-1 Vaccination Day

Vaccination in preparation for the Cambodia trip started today, and the team had to go through 3 injections. Inactivated forms of Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tetanus were on the menu.

40 Depressive Mornings

Starting Friday, I will be starting on my daily morning dose of Doxycycline, an antibiotic drug used to prevent Malaria through primary Prophylaxis. The dark blueish-green pills which have ugly letterings on them totally turn me off, and I think I’m going to suffer from depression.
